Select Your Community

  • Flagstaff is homebase. From Pine Canyon and Forest Highland to Flagstaff Ranch and downtown neighborhoods, we work across the entire city. At 7,000 feet elevation, Flagstaff's temperature swings, UV intensity, and snowfall are harder on paint than almost anywhere in Arizona. Which is exactly why proper prep and premium materials aren't optional.

  • West of Flagstaff along I-40, Williams, Bellemont & Parks share the same high-elevation challenges, cold winters, hot summers, and significant moisture. We regularly serve homes and commercial properties in these communities with the same process and standards as every Proline job.

  • Lower elevation but no less demanding. Sedona, Cottonwood and Camp Verde have intense sun and heat that put a different kind of stress on exterior paint. UV degradation and thermal expansion are real concerns. We bring the same premium materials and two-coat process that makes our work last 8-10 years regardless of the climate zone.

  • These communities sit in the ponderosa pine corridor south of Flagstaff. Homes here face significant moisture from snowmelt and monsoon season. Exactly the conditions where elastomeric caulking and proper prep make a difference between paint that lasts and paint that fails.

  • From the rural properties in Doney Park to custom homes throughout the greater Northern Arizona region, Proline Painting travels to where the work is. If you're in the area and not sure if we serve your location, call Cody directly, 928.863.2647

Elevation & Temp Swings

Flagstaff sits at 7,000 ft. Daily swings of 40+ degree  destroy paint that isn't applied correctly.

Snow & Moisture

Moisture behind siding is the #1 cause of early paint failure here. Proper prep is the only defense.

UV at High Elevation

Higher elevation = stronger UV. Cheap paint fades in 2 years. Premium materials don't.

Monsoon Season

Flagstaff gets more monsoon rain than most of AZ. Sealed trim and caulking aren't optional.
